Baronet is a very pretty butterfly and you have captured it well on the ground, Mayuresh.
I like its lovely colour with those black markings.
I saw a big Swallowtail but it was in a hurry and disappeared round the corner in no time. I have yet to shoot a Swallowtail.
You got a dream subject here and grabbed it.

Hi Mayuresh,

This Baronet, a new butterfly to me, is just beautiful. The vivid colors are so rich and deep that they jump out of the picture. The dirt background accentuates the lovely colors. Exquisite markings shown perfectly. If I ever see this one again I will remember what it is.

First of all I am impressed with great DOF. F-number is selected perfectly. Entire image of the butterfly is sharp and in focus. I also like unusual and nice colour palette. Composition of the image is excellent. Well done and TFS. My compliments.

Very nice capture of this colourful butterfly. Seems like an uncommon species - at least dont get to see them in my backyard in Chennai! Sharpness and details are excellent. The orange looks a tad too saturated - is that the natural hue? Or it could be my new monitor!

Superb capture of this butterfly with striking colour. Excellent POV, DOF and sharpness. The harsh light is well handled. Beautiful colours, I thought first you that the colours were too much saturated but I could see on internet that the fresh specimen has a very bright orange colour.
