A little out of focus but the image is very well presented, lovely positioning of the bear cub and nice natural feel to the pic.

Hi Rick,
Excellent capture of this young bear with good pose and composition, sharp details, good DOF and BG. As far as I know this unfair action by the administration has now ended.

Hi Rick,
this is a very good looking photo for the light conditions and the speed of the camera's shutter with a nice softness making the young bear look all that more innocent.The bear is lost and so is one of the best photographers this site has known and I wish I knew why.I, as you know plan on doing more uploads in September as I am concentrating on getting photos and have very little time for servicing TN and other things take up much time as well.I hope to see Rob back here as his notes and photos were always first class and the thought of him being gone doesn't make my day.I hope we all continue on posting but maybe a break is needed to recharge.When we all get back to an even keel,just wait and see even better photos will be the order of the day.I'm still around and will be until I run out of material or things to say but that is a long ways off,I hope.Take care and Rick,thanks for sharing this photo and your words,See you in September. Hi Rick,

Good composition. I like the eye contact of the cub. The light is softer and shows the animal in its natural environment. Despite a long exposure time, the cub is quite focused.

I hope to see you again on TN because your advice is always appreciated, especially the discussion we had on the grizzly, since I came face to face (20 feets) with a adult when I turning the corner of a cabin, near Kluane park, Yukon.

Hi Rick,
I agree with you, I not understand punishment, with an advertence is sufficient. We lost some of the better friend and photographers in TN last days, but I´m seeing in last year there was a silent lost or minor participation of some members.
A cute and sad image at same time, appropiate to this moment

I have just come back form a 2.5 week holiday in Spain and now see that I can critique again! Also everything seems to have cooled down a bit now so I will be posting again.
