Hello Gaetan,

Your photo is very interesting as there is not usual to see dragonflys on the sand. Image is very good with sharp details on insect's body. The way you have managed the light is very good rendering natural looking color tones. Also composition with blurry foreground and background looks good.

Hello Gaetan,
This is a fine view of Orthetrum cancellatum, a beautiful dragonfly that mostly settles on the ground between its flights. It has been shown many times on TN where you can find more information about the species. Good timing, sharp focus and natural colours.
