[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Two weeks ago I went to the Saltee Islands, off the Wexford coast, with 24 other photographers. There were a lot of sea birds on the island: Puffins, Razorbills, Guillemots, fulmars, kittiwakes, gulls and many, many Gannets. It was incredible how close we could walk up to the Gannets without them being disturbed. They made sure however to let you know when you're close enough.

Beautiful!! It's 9:00am in Hong Kong, and this is the first photo I saw this morning. A timely photo - as if this big bird is saying good morning to me! I like the background of the deep blue see, too.

Ah... one of my favorite birds. I think they are so gorgeous. This is a really nicely exposed image with lots of feather detail and a rich blue background.
