The effect of the lighting through the petals of this lotus flower is fantastic and the rain drops are a bonus.
This and the contrast with the dark green BG make this an attractive image even though the DOF is limited.

There's nothing to improve in your picture. It has all the ingredients of a good picture: it's pleasant, the lighting is perfect and the colours are natural. Maybe one could discuss if it would be an improvement to chose a lower shutter speed in order to get a closer aperture for more depth of field. But from my point of view, this is very personal and I believe the focus in your picture is at the right place.

Lovely light with beautiful exposure and colour that stands out against the dark background.
A smaller F/stop would have bought the lower right petal into focus also which would have been nice with all the water droplets on it in that lovely light, but thats an individual preference.

This is good shot. Excellent clarity as I can see the rain drops on the leaf. But slightly OOF that could be due to lack of light. The BG is so superb and thats why the flower is standing out. Good composition. Ganesh

Beautifully thank you for visit in mine folio and too so nice words. Today I do not try to work this photo in the workshop. The flower is beautiful and let such stay. Still my hands would spoil his beauty or shook down from him all drops of the dew... The nice light, the beautifully fuzzy background, the superb sharpness and the wonderfully shallow depth of the sharpness.

Well seen from this BG, with the water droplets adding to the overall impact.
Perhaps a bit more DOF if you could've managed it, but this works well too :)
