Looks like a member of Locust or Grasshopper family to me, Ganesan. Some expert would certainly give you the exact ID.
The image is very attractive in terms of colours and details on the head, thorax and abdomen. One antenna got snipped during shooting itself, I guess.

No ID from me - but you didn't expect me to know what it was. I do know that it is an excellent close-up with excellent colors and details. I love the pose on the leaf and the markings on the antennae. Very good background and composition.

You have captured the image of an interesting insect. The colors of the insect are well shown beeing saturated and vivid. There is a fine light reflection on the back of the insect. Well chosen DOF keeps the insect in focus showing well all details.
