| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Tan Zhe Si is a Buddhist Temple located about 30 miles southeast of Beijing, PRC. It is an active, working temple. Found throughout are waterways or "water-fields" loaded with Lotus plants blooming well into the month of August. Not often found near shoreline, one must seek a small boat and glide into the thick of it to find beauty such as this. |

Hi David!
You present us a delightful picture held in fine pastel colours. It's a simple, yet very pleasant picture and you put the flower well on stage.
Kind regards
Markus
Beautiful and delicate lotus and well composed. I love the detail in the leaves as well as in the bloom. Well done... :)
TFS David...

Hello David,
This is a wonderful composition showing a Lotus flower and its leaves in beautiful light. Excellent depth of focus, great sharpness and beautiful colours.
Many thanks and regards, Ulla
Bonjour David,
Le sujet est bien présenté dans une belle lumière qui fait resplendir les couleurs et ressortir les détails mais un cadrage plus serré l'aurait davantage valorisé.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.
