This is superb, each one a clean shot with excellent saturation and absolutley buttersmooth feel. The sharp focus in the eye indeed gives away various interesting expressions.

I like it a lot, Ganesh. Good cropping, shooting angles, and clarity all around, and the overall layout technique works reasonably well, too. You also have wonderfully vibrant colors. By way of improvement, I would only suggest a more detailed note that tells us something about the parrots themselves.
