This one is great, I like the POV, the water action and the blur of the wings.

It's great to see you post again. Those night herons are great and your picture of one missing out on a catch is very good. Great frozen action. Sharp details and well exposed. Too bad the POV is from the back but otherwise this photo is excellent. Well done & TFS!

This a great picture, Elroyie.
I like the POV for this one. Good use of the shutter speed,
the wings in motion blur and the waterdrops are froozen.
Well composed, nice colours and great sharpness with good details.

Great action scene Elroyie. Great exposure, details and sharpness. I had my first stab at some seabirds yesterday evening in late afternoon light. Caught some nice reflections in the birds as they waded with the low angle of the sun..
