I think this weed/herb(?) grows right throughout the world. But look at the amount of photos in TN that have insects on this yellow horror...
You seedheads look very good David. Quite an artistic shot with the BG so dark. Well done.

Hello David, very nice composition and the black BG works perfectly here, they look like they are floating in space. Very nice shot.

Superb effect David. These old dandelions emerging from deep space, so fragile and beautifull. Great, arty shot!

David, an artistic and... natural shot.
Congratulations. It could be both here or on TrekLens.
A very pleasant composition with a great mood.

Such a very beautiful picture! Dandelions in blue - a piece of art! Yes, they are common, all over the world. Dandelions even grow through asphalt. They seem to have super-genes.

It looks like a "mise-en-scène"; maybe it's not but anyway it is an excellent composition. Fantastic title, great note and superb contrast.
Hello David.
What a composition!
I wonder how you did this and how you got this black background.
Do you share your secret.?

David,
I am again amazed by your creative genious. This is another outstanding frame.
Your ability to compose the seed heads against the dark background has made this photo dramatic and yet stunningly simple.
Good job.

Beautiful shot: how did you manage to avoid capturing the stems? This detail is what makes this picture stunning!...

An arty!!!
Nice to find arty nature nuts. LOL
This is an intersting composition and works for me. The use of the polarizer is what caught my attention. Neat effect and I like how they work their way to the right and fading out.
Excellent composition and details.

Gorgeous view of the dandelion seed head. The abstract quality is wonderful - it leaves lots of room for imagination. At one moment it feels as if we are looking at a microcosm - pollen perhaps, and at another moment it the shapes are floating like bubbles. The blue hue is very reminiscent of moonlight. Well done.

Hi David,
I've seen this one a few days ago and forgot to comment it. I appreciate your linguistic note here, as well as the poetry of your composition. Placed like balloons floating in the sky, it makes a beautiful image. I like also the way you've avoided to show the stem linking these to the ground. Superb light. Well done, David, also in your best style of your shots seen on TE or DPC earlier.
