In September 1994, I made a stay in Kenya during which I made some safaris.
This photo was taken in the morning in the National park of Masai Mara. A group of lions rested in the shade of the trees after one night of hunting.
This male was with less than 10 meters of our vehicle.

Welcome on TN Jean (or is it Jean Patrick?). Nice first post and I really do like the calm atmosphere you have captured in this picture. The lion seems very relaxed or may be he actually is sleeping.
Focus seems to be right and the composition is very good but the colours seems not so good and also a little more contrast would be an improvemnent - seen on the monitor I am using at work so may be it is my monitor.
Apart from that it is a nice picture to look at.
