Nice shot Guy,but I'm afraid your ID is a bit out.This is Papaver naudicaule,the Iceland poppy.
The flower is very different,and the leaves of P.somniferum are grey green and lettuce like.
Still,as I said,it's a very nice shot.
Thanks for sharing.

Un peu plus de verdure, donc une photo prise d'un peu moins près aurait peut-être eu plus de "punch" en raison des couleurs absoluments franches.
