It's delightful to see the nice touch of summer on a cold, dreary day. We don't have many rainy days but this is one of them. This beautiful Speckled Wood looks so wonderful on the fresh green leaves. Wonderful colors, details and composition.

Hi Maurizio!

The picture is very pleasant and the butterfly is beautiful, although the right wing tip is out of focus. But the composition of the picture, the natural bacjground and the fine colours still make it a pleasant one. I also appreciate the detailed notes very much.

You are as good with butterflies as you are with birds ! This one here looks fantastic, with beautiful details and colors on the wings so we can fully admire the beautiful patterns of orange and brown. Also wderful details, and a great pose of your buttefly, with wings wide open, good POV, and beautiful BG - the orange insect stands out very nicely on the green grass. Very well done !

This is quite a big butterfly. The combination of black and variations of browns and orange is a lovely match and fit well with one another. The details and markings on the wings are clearly seen and a delight to the eye. I like your plain though very natural background. Thanks for sharing. Your images are always a pleasure to look at.

Murizio..ma durante questa vacanza in Sardegna sei riuscito a catturare molte specie..come questa bella pararge di una colorazione piu'
chiara rispetto alle nostre della pianura.
Strana la posizione,quasi stesse perdendo l'equilibio,nella cattura e il focus,questa volta non perfetto come in altri post.
