Buna Cristina,

Se vede foarte bine Scortarul (Sitta europea) tau. Datorita imaginii clare se pot observa si cele mai mici pene. Culorile sunt frumoase cu toate ca, dupa cum are obiceiul, pasarea sat in umbra.

Hi Christina,
Great capture with very nice POV and depth of field. I have done a workshop on the same to improve light and contrast. Hope you find it appropriate.

Many thanks for the kind words and a warm welcome to T.N, I have to admit this is the first time I've seen your work, you have some wonderful images posted. This is a beauty the detail in the plumage is superb, wonderful colours.

Love the narrow d.o.f it really isolates the subject placing it perfectly, pin sharp. My only (-) comment would be to include some detail on the species what kind of bird, feeding habits, that kind of thing, apart from that excellent work and I look forward to seeing more, all the best and many thanks once again.

Hello Cristina,
A very fine full-frame capture of a European Nuthatchtaken with excellent sharpness and colours that show the central european race very well. The POV by its nesting hole is supeerb. Our Scandinavian race has an almost white breast.
Thanks for sharing this fine image. Maybe you could write a note about the species and how you took this.

I like these birds, they are so beautiful, and at least they are not as shy as many other birds ! :-) You managed to get a wonderful picture, with fine and sharp details on the feathers. I also like the natural colors and the typical pose of the Nuthatch. But next time it would be nice to add a note under your picture, about the bird, or about how you have taken the picture...

I am amazed by the sharpness and detail you are getting. Must be a great lens. I also think that there could be more space around the bird and a tiny little bit more contrast. But not like in the workshop I find that too much already.
