The American Robin
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| “The American Robin (Turdus migratorius)” is the name of this photo taken on an after dinner stroll. There were a number of problems busily looking for lunch. The American Robin's diet generally consists of around 40 percent invertebrates, such as beetle grubs, caterpillars and grasshoppers, and 60 percent wild and cultivated fruits and berries. As they were foraging, I sat down and took a number of photos at 400mm using my trusted Canon 100-400mm L. |
