This is a fine Orchid you present here. I cannot help, but there should be some specialists on the site. Have a look at Catherine's Dijon (CatherineD) gallery. There are some very beautiful pictures of Greek Orchids.

Je ne suis pas un spécialiste mais ça ressemble à l'ophrys sphegodes, spider Orchid, ophrys araignée.
En tous cas c'est une très belle macro présentant bien le sujet.
