Hallo Ionut
Please excuse my question or ignorance here but how come it takes you a year since you have joined the site to post an image, and after all such a spectacular and colourful one?. The details captured on this bush cricket are really beautiful and you have photographed it with great clarity. I like the texture and markings on the body and the lovely polka-dot eyes. I also like the shadow shown on the leaf. This is a great 1st posting and I hope to see more from your lens. It is well focused, sharp and pleasantly presented. Thanks for a sharing.
Best regards.
Anna
It is good to know that you might be able to identify some of our own unidentied grasshoppers or crickets in our portfolios.

Hello Ionut,
I noticed that you are TN member for a long time but this is your first picture.
The species you show looks very interesting and I think that it is presented for
the first time at TN. The picture is very sharp and shows the specimen in its natural colours.
I hope to see more pictures with 'exciting' grasshoppers.
Best wishes, Peter
Hello Ionut,
You have good eyes to see this bush cricket against the green background! Good DOF and sharpness on the main subject. I really like the patterns on the cricket's body. The angle of the cricket's front-right leg and back-left leg follow the angle of the stick below the leaf - an interesting element in the composition.
Thanks for sharing!
Randy
