Hello Prashant,
Welcome to TN. The eyes are sharply in focus, but details of the head appear a bit soft. You don't provide your settings here, but I suspect this was shot wide open with very narrow depth of field. Regardless, sharp images of compound eyes never cease to amaze me.

Hi Prashant, good attempt! i like these kind of pictures.
I'm not sure whether this is as shot or cropped considerably, there seems to bit of noise. I did a small Workshop to remove noise and highlight those eyes. but cannot post it due to daily limit , will post when i get an opportunity
