Hello Marcin,
Another wonderful image of this very rare bird!! It actually isn't a true albino though, because it has dark eyes, a true albino would have pink eyes. Great capture!!!
I have been trying to get a quality photo of a partial albino Red-tailed Hawk that has been living in my neighborhood for the past three years now. I have quite a few photos so far, but nothing really close. It has dark eyes also and a few colored feathers in it's tail.

Hi Marcin,
This is leucism indeed and not partial albinism.
Perfect capture of this rare type. Lovely.
