A great capture of a species that I have not photographed yet!
You show this D. parallelopipedus with almost perfect sharpness and lighting and from an excellent POV on the mossy BG.

So you have been to Sweden and found this impressive beetle on a very nice and soft ground. Excellent shot, taken with perfect sharpness and with not too much reflections due to the use of flash. A very natural picture indeed.
