Meadow Cranesbill Geranium pratense (Geraniaceae) flower buds. Flowers are paired by two on each inflorescence stem top.
Meadow Crenesbill has interensting pedicel movement:
1. before the flowering time (at the photo) buds are directed down
2. then during the flowering time its pedicels straighten and they are upward
3. next after pollination they move down once again
4. finally while fruits are present move upward |

Hello Michal
Thank you for that picture of Geranium pratense taken before its flowering.
It is an unusual point of view, very interesting one. And your explanations are very useful.
Good composition and point of view showing many details on the flower. The sharpness and the depth of field are good all along the subject. Background very nice. Colors well rendered and realistic. The contrast is good and the exposure is correct.
Thank you for the sharing.
See you soon on treknature for other pictures.
All the best.
Philippe.
