A stop along the so called Explorers Highway between Port Augusta and Coober Pedy after a short period of rain in Australia's Hinterland.
Wildflowers, green bushes and little Melons covered the roadside.

Thomas, you have shown us some great Australian landscapes shot. The colours here are awesome and the scenery is superb. I'm not sure if I like the tree right in the centre, but yes, maybe it does go. Good job, well done.
And I hope you will post some of Coober Pedy - did you get any opals?

I love the contrast of colours between the blue sky and the red earth.
