An amazing macro! The thoracic extension of this species is fantastic, almost like fiction!
Clearly this was a very good original and is of high technical quality as it is, but what is most striking is not only the warning coloration of these tree-hopper bugs, but the extra warning effect of the two together on the stem. I wonder if this is the usual behaviour of this species?

This is unbelievable, Francisco!
The symmetrical position of these black and white bugs on the stem defies logic.
This is surely one of the most interesting nature pictures ever seen on TN.
