About the ID: I think Bayram is right, a Desert Wheatear. Good photo in nice colours. Maybe the BG can be a bit more blurred. Excellent sharpness, low POV and composition.

Though a little soft, this is a fine capture of a Desert Wheatear, not often seen on TN. Taken from an excellent lateral POV with good lighting colours and details against a pleasing OOF natural BG.
