Hi Faith. A fine close up of this Corncrake. You have made good use of the bright light. To give you natural colours in the featehrs. Which you have taken with fine detail. I like the different colours of brown.Well taken and seen. TFS.

congrats for this bird, they are no easy to catch.
I post one the other day but I only got the head and neck in the long grass.
Well composed with good sharpness and details.
Agree with Mehmet about the WB, he did a decent WS.
Nevertheless it's a fine picture.

Hi, dear friend.
You have pictured this beautiful bird at so impressive and natural surroundings. Shapes of the bird are wonderful as well as its pose, glance, reproduction of the features. Lights and shadows decorate the frame. Stones and dry grass create a pleasant BG. Well done and TFS.
