Except for the out-of-focus foreground an excellent shot, beautiful colors and sharpness on the fungi + interesting composition, but maybe a little different POV to avoid the oof parts would have worked better.

A pity Your note's so short and You didn't mention the odour of the fungi. What You photographed is surely a Hebeloma, either Hebeloma sinapizans (Fr.) Sacc. or Hebeloma laterinum (Batsch) Vesterh., both are common, having a lot of similarities in outlook, but H. sinapizans has odour of radish, while H. laterinum has smell of cocoa. Generally, Hebelomas have very strong odour, sometimes quite pleasant, but none of them are edible, most are toxic causing gastrointestinal troubles.

The light in this photo is gorgeous. The beautiful warm colours on the fungi against the dark BG are very beautiful. Excellent sharpness. Very good low POV and composition.
