Wow, that's an amazing looking bug. Are you sure you didn't paint those wings? Just kidding. :) Excellent sharpness and exposure. The bright spots on the flower petals and in the BG are a little distracting but it's a minor problem. I'm just amazed at the color of the wings. Nice photo. TFS!

Such a beauty!
I taked some photos of this insect too this weekend, but they didn't get right.
The reflex of the sunlight gives it this "metalic" blue color on the wings.
Very good job!

Very difficult to catch this insect because he his always moving. So good job you have done, excellent sharpness et beautiful colours.

Excellent exposure. I suspect its one of the carpenter bees. Good sharpness and great POV.
