Very cool shot Mike. I like the late light, the sun half-gone behind the hill-tops and the band of orange light cutting across the water. Almost like the sun is helping you out here by pointing to the quackers! ;-) Very well done.

This is a very nice sunset picture. Technically is excellent. The ducks make all the difference in that kind of picture. It wouldn't be the same without them. When I used to be in a photo club, we were judging picture:
10% exposure
10% shaprness
10% orginality
10% composition
10% in respect with the theme
50% visual impact
