I am supposing that on the photo is PANAXIA QUADRIPUNCTARIA or JERSEY TIGER or in my language RUSKI MEDVEDEK.
Yersey tiger moth unlike most other moths are active by day. I took the photo in the garden of my mother. It was not the only Jersey tiger there.
When they show their red hind wings with black spots they are very colourful. |

What an interesting moth, Tjasa. It looks like it has zebra marking. I like the diagonal composition. There are few OE spots, but nothing bothersome. Nicely done :-)

What a nice shot ! Here, the triangular shape of the wings of this beautiful moth are unusual. I think it would be interesting to see the red lower wings but they show only what they want ;-) Colors and sharpness are good. Congratulations Tjasa.
