Malgré l'aile coupée elle vaut son pesant d'intérêt. Les contrastes sont remarquables. La couleur de ce fou et celle de l'océan se marient bien. Il devait faire beau ce jour car shooter au 1/1000 ème f.8 et obtenir une telle image....

Wonderful catch of that flight posture, Sebastien. Too bad the tip of the wing got cut off. Excellent focus and exposure for an-in-flight shot. Great pose, really. Well done and TFS. : )

Hello Sebastien, what a remarkably sharp capture of this gannet in flight. Well exposed for it white feather. Like you say, too bad that the tip of the feather got cut of at the top. On the other hand a good excuse to try again to capture the 100% perfect image ;-)

Vous avez bien fait de nous présenter votre Fou de bassan. Excellente prise. La lumière sur l'oiseau est superbe. Beaux détails. Et sa pose, on dirait un pas de ballet, mais au-dessus de l'eau. Quelle élégance.

Superbe exposition (sans parler du reste), mais le plus dur avec ces oiseaux sont les hautes lumières. Ici c'est très réussi.
