[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello,
yesterday I showed you these two damselflies together in a mating wheel.
This is a shot showing only her.
It's another view, I had the luck to catch them at different places.
It's not cutted, that's the original photo.
I used a Makro 900 mm and Raynox 250.
I hope, you like to see her a little nearer.

Although the detail and sharpness is very good and the exposure and colours seem very accurate to me, I do like yesterdays version better. The fact that the tail of the damselfly is leaving the image on the right and there is another tail and part of a wing entering the photo, makes this image too cluttered for me.
Still two points for your excellent skill in capturing though!

Hi Sabine, this is very close.
I don't think you should use a converter in front of your lens. Raynox 250 is made for Compact Digis. You macro-lens is one of the sharpest lens you can buy and the converter will decrease the sharpness. Your lens have a 1/1 size and if you want to get closer, use a pair of extension tubes or a good 1.4X converter instead. Well done with the POV, colours and composition.

Acrobatic pose :-) Picture is slightly soft but I like moment, colours and blurred BG. Nice catch!
