The colros are excellent and the sharpness is great!
I think you oversharped the picture..
This flower is huge? because the S5000 doesn't have an amazing macro at all.

Beautifull colours and a well chosen point of view. The use of DOF makes this photo work very well. I have to agree with IdoTT that the photo may be a little oversharpend at the tips.
