Hi Laurent,
I like the pose you captured and your composition, it makes a very nice portrait especially with the drops dripping of the beak to create some action and the eye contact.
Unfortunately a lot of detail in the feathers is lost due to overexposure. For white birds, in almost any conditions, exposure will have to be adjusted downward or detail will be lost/everything will be plain white. There is also a lot of noise especially in the BG (you could try NeatImage or another noise reduction program, results are often amazing).
Still, the picture draws the viewer's attention, well done!
