I can't eat your cat, but your cat might eat me... Oh no! Cause I'm just a little Carolina Chickadee who appreciates the meals at the feeders you put out for me! I'm quite common. You may see me a lot. I mix in with the titmouse, the nuthatch, the american goldfinch and such... I'm not as grand as the red-belled woodpecker, the cardinal, or the majestic blue jay, but at least I'll stand tall, though little I might be giving you opportunity to photograph me...

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you taking a peek at me...;-) And, Mr. Dave, I know, would appreciate a point or two if you like what you see...
Constructive criticism is always welcomed cause we want to look our best even though we may not be as good as the rest we will do what we can with what we are given. And, regardless of the results it is a great gift to keep on living... Depriving your cat of this tasty morsel I'm not giving...
But, poses you may have as often as you like in return for a seed from your feeder instead of some old weed...
Cause I'm a Carolina Chickadee though common I may be just likes to please those who peek at me...;-)

Nice portrait Dave of this Chickadee, the foreground works very well in guiding the eye to the bird. I'm not too keen about the frame, but luckily tastes do differ ;-)

Good shot on this Carolina Chickadee! Thats a frame filling full body shot. Nice colors with good detail. High cutness factor in these lttle fellows.

My cat would love this little fellow! Sweet little Carolina Chickadee wouldn't last too long at my place.
Good portrait Dave, the feathers look nice and sharp. IMHO I would use a plain frame as there is a lot of patterns around the bird, e.g. the wall he's standing on. Great pose too. Well done, thank you.

David, no doubt at all this one has a great pose and very nice pov.

I like bg too. Sharpness could be better, but as time goes by I feel you are getting better and better. Therefore, keep on bringing them.

Beautiful shot, Dave. Much clearer, much luminous (I know, the light is not depending totaly on you). You're doing biig steps toward TPS (the perfect shot) with this watching-photographing system you have. Then, a problem will apear: you gonna want more, better... human nature ...
