| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Another one from the archives, this photo was taken about 25 years ago on a trip past the Grand Canyon. This magnificent canyon is carved by the Colorado River which is pictured here.
Don't beat me up too badly, this is a scan from a 25 year old print, LOL! |

Hello Alli,
An amazing depth in this capture, almost a 3D effect! Nicely composed... Interesting POV! Improvement potential through some post processing, but a very nice capture

Hello Alli!
Very nice landscape.POV,framing, large DOF,BG and composition are wonderful.TFS...:-)
Hi Alli,
The colors have not shifted to much for such and old print. You have also probably lost some detail in the scan process. That said, it is a breath taking scene that one really needs to experience in person. The composition is excellent with the use of the high ridge in the foreground. The grand canyon is on my near future list of places to revisit now that I have a good camera. Thanks for reminding me how much I need to get back there.

Hi Alli,
great capture of the Grand, and I like the vintage look, it gives it a nice touch. The lighting with the FG high contrast and the rest increasingly in the haze achieves a nice 3D effect. Great landscape shot!
