Hello piotr, I think I have an ident to your series of great images,. I think it is a freshy emerged (Teneral) Downy Emerald Dragonfly ( Cordulia aenea) , it is seen here after emerging from the larvle shell and after expanding the wings there is a quiet periodof rest while the wings harden they then fold out flat before the 1st flight and are then never folded up like you see in Demoiselle's which is what it looks at the moment except that the shape of the anal apendages are the wrong shape.
The eyes will also darken down to a green colour as it matures over the next couple of days.
