Beautiful specimen you've captured here. The metallic green is extraordinary, but also the eye details stand out. Very good DOF for F-4, smashing colour combination.

En mi vida habia visto una abeja con estos colores, parece una abeja con colores de libélula, muy bonita. La atmosfera de la foto es realmente extraña, todo parece estar en un estado de semidesenfoque excepto la abeja, incluso la flor donde se apoya. El detalle del ojo es precioso. La verdad es que no me habia fijado en tu anterior post de la otra abeja verde. Muy interesante, y gran nota como siempre.

What a nice composition with this sharp metallic bee surrounded by the flowers. The details are great for F4 as Bente said, but why use F4 and not smaller? Great shot, Ricardo.

Hola mi muy estimado Ricardo, es fantástica la forma en que tú captaste a esta hermosa abeja verde, de las cuales me llaman mucho la atención y yo he estado persiguiendo desde hace mucho tiempo, desde la flor del limón con las otras abejas.. te digo persiguiendo porque son muy inquietas y diminutas las que yo he visto, no tardan muchos segundos en un solo lugar, aunque en la flor de calabaza he podido captarlas al fin, la imagen es muy rica en detalles, es excelente, felicitaciones, después de unas 300 fotos yo he logrado apenas unas 2 o 3 que ya no sé si publicar después de ver esto pero bueno, no pierdo el ánimo de todas formas. Me encanta el brillo del color metálico que captaste en esta imagen, es fascinante, le da un toque sofisticado a la composición. Saludos Cordiales.

Bonsoir Ricardo superbe teintes sur cette abeille dont je doit dire que j'ignorais l'existance.
La presentation me plait beaucoup avec ce cadrage judicieux, un seul petit regret ce petit flou sur l'insecte mais vraiment rien de mechant;-)

Mirando tu galería me encontré con esta preciosidad, que destaca de manera increíble. Ese color verde de la abeja es lindísimo. Un fondo difuso estupendo y la flor con su color amarillo que la hace resaltar aún más. Muy buen trabajo Ricardo.
