[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a mountain near Cameron Lake (a previous photo I had taken in the summer of the lake is posted here: http://www.treklens.com/gallery/North_America/Canada/photo94991.htm)

This was taken in an altogether different season. Taken with a circular polarizing filter to bring out more blue in the sky. PP consisted of a contrast adjustment.

Hi Mike,

Well done on this capture and composition.
Where you gain you lose else where. The dark trees on the right is abit heavy, highlighting that shadow would increase the value of the shot. A pano composition would be strong, thus reducing the dark left side, the crop would be from the top down to decreasing the darkside.
Beautiful scene.

Mike

(deep voice) Luke! Listen to your feelings . . . trust the dark side . . . the dark side is good . . .
LOL!!

All joking aside, I agree with Fisher. A left side crop up to the intersection of the two farthest ridges would lighten the weight of darkness a bit. All in all though, a pleasing composition.

Another great shot. I have been looking at the Nikon D50. What do you think of it? Do you wish you had gotten the D70? I like the size and weight and hand grip on the D50.

I like your photographies, but this in special, has great interest, harmony chromatic and a perfect one and balanced composition. We will follow your passages of fence.
