The Vagrant Darter, Sympetrum vulgatum, is a European dragonfly.
This species takes its English name from its habit of occasionally appearing as a rare vagrant north of its normal range.

Hi Harm,
this specie seems not to be very shy.
I "met" the same at the 1st of November - what also was very unusual - and this dragon also loved to sit on my leg, my shoe or the hand of my husband. It's always so nice when they come so near, I love this.
