I have only seen these Masked Weaver nests on TN, but I think they are the best nests a bird has ever made! But what a fussy Mrs Masked Weaver - poor fellow having to remake and remake her rejections! You show it off well Deon, thank you

Welcome to the site and a good post - I took over 100 pics the other day and managed to get a good few - some already posted on the site!
This is sharp and the pose good, I might have been tempted to crop more off the right side to lose some of those high spots. Otherwise, excellent and look forward to more posts from you. Cheers. Tim

Nice shot, your image is superb, colours of the bird are excellent.
I know very weel these birds because I was living in the deep bush in Malawi and we had them in our trees.
