| Striped hyaena (Hyaena hyaena) 45 -25 kg. In israel it was once common througohout the country,but has cuttently almost entirely disappeared from the Coastal Plain,is rare in central and northern israel, but still fairly common in desert areas.they are well protected for more then 20 years now. |
