Hi Evelynn
Well spotted and well presented with that fitting border.
Your composition is great and looking at your notes it seems like you really managed to convey the fastness and sense of size of the area through this shot.
Your title is very appt to describe this green scene. Colours are well saturated, DOF is excellent, and exposure levels were well handled.

Well you certainly managed to break up the monopoly and monotony of the rainforest. This shot is full of movement and light and textures and shades of green. Good eye on spotting this delightful composition. I really like your border. The thin yellow line seems to light up the setting. TFS. : )

You certainly have an eye for a good photograph....I came in and saw your gallery via your Anchovy post and your thumbnails look very impressive. However, a lot of your images are quite soft. Maybe you just need to sharpen them after re-sizing them for TN, or maybe they are already soft, I don't know. Anyway, Nice, photo even if it's very soft.

Green speciaaly deep green is always soothing to eyes.Your shot give me the soothing effect to my eyes.cant u show more at the bottom portion of the water full of life?

Hi Evelynn,
I just found this photo as it was featured on your profile page.
Its just the kind of shot (and environment) I like the best ... a green mossy forest.
You've managed to bring out the geens nicely.
The image does look a little soft but that is just the result of low light levels.
I take a lot of shots in forests so I know the difficulties one faces.
(I have just bought the Panasonic Lumix FZ8 having previously used the FZ2 then the FZ5 ... I tried a Canon S5IS briefly,but I'm going back to a Lumix)
