Hi Hernan
How I would love to give you positive feedback on this photo, but all I can give you is positive critique. I have seen much better from your lens. The problem is just that I don't know what to tell you how to fix it.
With an aperture of f/16 you really should have nailed the focus and even aided by the 1/500 shutter speed there should have been no camera shake. I hope you see my predicament in not understanding what went wrong.
Do not despair my friend, there is always a next time and at least the composition, the BG, and the colours are good. I am waiting eagerly to see the next improved version.
