Crocus Ancyrensis are endemic kind of flowers. You can see it only in Turkey and especialy around Ankara. It is forerunner of spring.I took it near Ankara. It calls Ankara Flower or Ankara Crocus.

Hi Mehmet,
This is a beautiful flower - the colour is amazing!
How do the look when they open? Do they still have the same colour?
Also very interesting is what seems to be a dry plant with very special round shapes.
