I saw them while I was in a haste to catch the bus to Izmir. It was 7 p.m. so the sunlight was not sufficient.

Allium neapolitanum is a perennial bulbous plant of the genus Allium, the onion family. It is native to southern Europe, north Africa, and the Middle East. It is classed as an invasive species in parts of the U.S.

Common names include daffodil garlic, false garlic, white garlic, flowering onion, Naples garlic, star, and Neapolitan garlic. It is cultivated by gardeners for its ornamental value. It bears large heads of pure white flowers in early spring, and is suitable for borders, pots, or forcing in a cool house.

I think that the lower light has helped to darken the background and bring out the white of the flowers so I think you've got an alright shot here and good composition, well done.

This is a great capture and well spotted - I sincerely hope much more Trekkies would still realise that and afford you the credit this photo deserves.
The lighting condition, although difficult, actually lend itself to a soft light on these little white flowers, thereby bringing out the delicate textures on the white petals. It also aided in the nice dark BG which enhances the flowers even more. The composition and POV is excellent, the colours are stunning (looking right inside the little flowers at the detail and colours displayed). The DOF is superb and very sharp while the exposure was spot-on with excellent contrast.

perfectly taken shot of the white crocus with excellent details.
Not easy to obtain good details of a white flower against a dark background.
7 p.m. seems to offer a very pleasant light in that time of the year.
Very charming arrangement. No trace to be seen of the hurry you have been in.
