Hello. There has been some nice days here now. The temperature is 13ºC and the sun is shining and the snow is gone.
So I decided do go for a hunt, I should shot a viper! I didn't had to go far; just over the country road outside our house. He/she was lying in the sun and I was as close as 10 cm from him/her with the lens. I shot him/her several times but he/she didn't seemed to be disturbed by me. I could not measure the length but I'm sure he/she was well over 50 cm long.
'Vipera berus' is the most widespread spieces of snake in the world. It reaches at the most approx 70 cm of length and can reach up to 25 years of age.
