Part two of the blue eyed goose. The nice thing is just feed the local ducks and geese bread and they are your loyal test shots. This goose is the largest and has caught my attention because of his blue eyes. Plus he isn't afraid to get close to me while I try in vain to focus on him.

PP: Cropped a little of the top and bottom. Increased Hue and satuation to bring out some detail otherwise hidden by the shadows. His eyes are they way they are naturally. The background showed up that way from the original shot, I didn't mean to do that but I like it. It looks kind of professional, what do you think?

Hi Bob
Nice capture of o'l blue eyes. Your composition and POV are very interesting. I like the rich colours and the BG. You could have closed down some more on the aperture (say f/5.6 as you had lots of spare light at 1/800 shutter speed) and it would have improved the DOF giving much more details in the face as it is still a little soft, but i can see the improvement especially when I compare it with the first one.
Anyway, well done and TFS.
Regards
Loot
PS. Sorry Bob, I have not forgotten to send you some tips on PP, but I just had a torrid time lately and time was in short supply. I am going away for the weekend so hopefully I will get to that by next week.
