Every year we have a nest of blackbirds in our backyard.. The interesting part is when the youngsters are ready to fly out. They are able to get airborne, but it ain’t really what you would call: "flying". They are trying to get around and the mother still feeds them.. This one landed on our concrete edge on the second floor. Our cat was very interesting in what this little bird was coming to do, and that gave my opportunity to make this picture..

it's like my cat. this species in Italy it's called "certosino". I call him "kill birder".
beautiful moment.
Hallo Olger.
De foto ziet er komisch uit. Ik moest even goed kijken of je hem niet stiekem bewerkt had. Leuke foto van een ongewoon moment.

Hi Olger
Not the best technically, but I do find it amusing. Well seen and captured. Thanks.
