I have absolutely no experience with underwater photography but I find it very intriguing. I like your composition with the shark just swimming into the frame. Maybe a warmer white balance would have helped to more easily distinguish between the shark and it's surroundings. Was this taken through glass or were you actually this close to the shark? I've also tried a workshop attempting to better balance the colors and bring out the shark. Good attempt, thanks for sharing. I'll give you two points for effort since I have no idea how difficult underwater photography really is.
Underwater pics are extremely difficult. But good catch on a great looking shark. I did a workshop for you. Hope you like it!
