[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This caterpillar was crawling on my porch, I tried to get it to pose. Amybody can tell me what this is? Thanks for looking, any advice (I'm a newbie) highly appreciated.

Hi Catalin,

I'm not sure what species this is so I can't help there but I can offer a couple of bits of advice on the photo.

I don't find the background particularly inspiring or natural. I might have been inclined to gently move it onto a nearby plant as this might have looked more natural.

The caterpillar's head is also a bit dark. If you have access to photoshop or anything like that it is possible to bring out just a little bit more detail in the head without ruining the exposure elsewhere.

Other than that it looks nicely focused. Hope this helps.
